    • Restaurateurs cannot remove or modify Google Reviews displayed on Eleat unless removed by Google.

    • Restaurateurs cannot request removal of legitimate customer reviews unless they violate Eleat’s policies.
    • Eleat reserves the right to remove fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory reviews.

    • Customers may be required to verify purchases before submitting a review.

  • Over time, Eleat will replace social media content with professional photos/videos taken by Eleat Ambassadors.
  • Restaurateurs cannot revoke Eleat’s right to use previously displayed content unless their account is fully deleted.

6. Reservation Apps & Third-Party Integrations

  • Eleat allows restaurants to integrate reservation links (OpenTable, Resy, Tock).
  • Eleat does not process reservation-related data beyond the redirection point.
  • Eleat is not responsible for reservation disputes, cancellations, or technical failures.
  • Restaurants are responsible for ensuring reservation details are accurate and up to date.
  • Any complaints regarding third-party reservations must be directed to the reservation service provider.

7. Subscription Fees & Payment Terms

  • All subscriptions require a 12-month commitment unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are charged on the 1st of each month.
  • If payment fails, the restaurant’s Eleat profile will be suspended until full payment, including arrears, is made.
  • Subscription fees are subject to change with prior notice.

Subscription fees cover Eleat’s services, with additional charges for premium features and advertising.

8. Refund Policy

  • Eleat does not offer refunds once payments are processed.
  • Restaurants remain liable for unpaid subscription balances, even if they stop using the platform before the contract ends.
  • Refund exceptions may apply in cases of billing errors by Eleat.

  • Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered, including advertising placements.

    • Restaurants that fail to engage with customers or repeatedly receive negative feedback may see a decline in visibility.
    • Paid promotions do not override Eleat’s AI-based ranking system, ensuring that high-quality offers are prioritized.

    Ranking results may fluctuate based on new promotions, customer activity, and system updates.

11. Advertising & Promotional Use of Business Data

Eleat promotes restaurants both within the app and through external marketing efforts.

    • If a restaurant refuses to honor an advertised deal, Eleat reserves the right to suspend or remove the listing.
    • Multiple verified customer complaints may result in penalties, including ranking demotions or account suspension.
